The distillery tour and tasting at High West Whiskey in Park City was definitely a highlight of our trip to Utah. Terry, our guide, showed us the ins and outs of the distillery and then doubled as our bartender as we bellied up to the bar for a tasting. If you’re ever in Park City, check out High West!

Ben and I headed to Utah for five days over New Year’s weekend to visit my sister and bro-in-law. Crazy warm temps, snowshoeing, great food and a trip to Moab kept us pretty busy. Fun times!
