Another successful show at Lee’s last weekend – Straight 90′s did it again …

The celebration included a BBQ at 4821 with friends and family, followed by a debut performance by Straightt 90′s that showcased a variety of SJU alum.

Straight 90′s debut …

Ben and I went to the U of M’s ‘Spring Jam’ as volunteers for The Current, Minnesota Public Radio’s station that has U of M students saying, ‘We love you guys!!!’ when they saw what we represented.

We handed out window clings, buttons and magnets and watched performances by the Golden Bubbles and Ben Kweller.

Last week I attended an appreciation event for volunteers at ‘The Current,’ a Minnesota Public Radio station. Ben and Adam volunteer at various concerts around Minneapolis. If into music and the concert scene, t’s a great gig that I’d like to pursue once my feet are grounded.

Located in Dinky Town, being at the Varsity means hanging out in an open, comfortably retro livingroom (couches provide a majority of the sitting room) with open ears directed toward the music entertainment on stage.
